    This is very important as we never know when we need to liquidate an asset for other circumstances.
  • Demand - what are the demographics of the area and how easily can it be rented out and also what sort of re-sale market is there in the area?
  • Yield - is the rate of return realistic and does it meet your expectations?
  • Guarantees & security - are there any guarantees built into the investment? Rent guarantees etc
  • Return on Investment
    Capital Outlay - very often when purchasing a property we find clients only focus on the purchase price. However in order to calculate ROI you must consider the total capital outlay to include finance costs ( surveyors and brokers fees), legal costs, stamp duty and any sourcing or agents fees.
